• Pre-Workshop Collaboration: 15 minutes of preliminary discussions to align the session with team/coach needs.

• In-Depth Preparation: 1 hour of deep work to integrate strategies into your existing coaching systems, practice routines and game day preparations.

• Interactive Workshop: 1.5 hours of educational engagement, where athletes/coaches practice and refine new strategies. Survey used to measure effectiveness.

• Ongoing Support: 2-week follow-up with coaches to review strategy implementation, address questions, and extend further advice.

While I’m a licensed therapist, the workshops are not therapy or a substitute for therapy. They are all educational and informational.
